Geocomp Corporation was awarded a 5-year, $1million+ instrumentation program for the US Army Corp of Engineers at the Kentucky Lake Dam and Lock in Grand Rivers, KY. The instrumentation comprises in-place inclinometer sensors, tilt meters, and water level indicators. The monitoring system will be fully automated: sensors will be scanned every minute ant alarms will be issued via cell phone and email when changes are detected. Geocomp has chosen to use their innovative iSite wireless logging system to monitor all sensors, and data will be reported through the iSiteCentral website
