A slope need to be formed in stiff alluvial clay. The groundwater during the investigation stage was below 3m below ground level (below the excvavtion level of trial pit) and is envisgaed to vary highly in different climatic condition.
What parameter we should use for the slope stability analysis, Cu or c' and phi', for the following condition:
1) slope above groundwater
2) slope within the saturated zone.
