Hi:

At the moment I'm doing a 'backanalys’ to get the cohesion and phi of a grave which is the most part of the slope (grade=70º high=65m, in Lima), there is also a stratum of clay (but I got the phi and c from a triaxial), so now I’m doing the analysis with a seismic load of 0.25g and:
First it’s very difficult to get a good search grid and second I’m trying with phi > 70º and c > 70 kPa which (I guess) are too high, especially for the phi.

Please:
I want to know if the phi could be more than 70º for a grave?

For the static back analysis the phi was 50º and the cohesion was 50kPa.
I`m working with GeoSlope software
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
