I've read the rare and interesting tractation of how to try to convert Dinamic modulus G to Static modulus E at large strain or service strain for foundations, available at:
http://www.geoforum.com/knowledge/texts/compaction/viewpage.asp?ID=13
I guess it is possible using the same formulas (or others more appropriate) to convert the diynamic modulus,
found with light drop weight tester according to german standards : ZTVE-StB ZTVT-StB 95
shown at:
http://www.zorn-online.de/en/products/zfg02/index.html
to the static modulus E an then obviosly to Emv and Ks for which the formulas are well known.
Thanks
