Will small diameter H-pile disturb surrounding buildings nearby? Can H-pile be able to carry the total loading of a 30-storey commerical building? (URGENT)

Again please include the pile size (dimensions). Some H-piles can carry the load whereas some cannot. No size and no Working load you cannot get a safe answer. Please also include the max safe WL of the pile.
H-piles are considered low-displacement piles. Compared to Spun piles which are high displacement piles, they produce less disturbance to the surrounding soil in terms of volumetric addition. In theory it means lesser disturbance by using H-piles.
If you are worried about vibration, then use a jacking system. If jacking system is being adopted, please use a much heavier machine to increase stability. Also monitor the driving to see if the jacking can penetrate the soil. This is because:
HYDRAULIC JACKING OFTEN HAS LESS PENETRATION POWER COMPARED TO HAMMER DRIVING. THIS IS NO MYTH. I DID MANY OBSERVATIONS.
I advise you to confirm this by tests.
