Subject: Soil Condition to be checked

Ther is an area where no GWT or PWT being encountered during the site investigation. The main texture of the site soil is cohesive soil(CL) having some sublayers of granular (permeable) materials. Due to the structure loads, cast-in-place concrete pile is designed. Upon completion of the first several holes, water was observed in the holes. The water was pumped away but soon being penetrated into the tip of the hole.

I have ordered triaxial and unconfined tests subsequent to saturation in the laboratory, in order to evaluate the strength parameters (undrained shear strength by UU test) for the probable future saturation. Note that there is no guarranty for the soil to remain in the natural condition.
I have also ordered some tests in the natural condition for getting some rough correlation between the natural and saturated strength parameters.

The question is:

1- As there is the probability that the GWT falls down the area (and being encountered with the same situation as the duration of field investigation), could the tests in natural condition give us suitable results or CD condition in tests should also be checked?

2- Any other recommendations for such a case?

Sorry, I thought it was a piled wall and not a foundation.
