can geosynthetics be used under radioactive zone of a nuclear power plant to prevent the leakage from "spent fuel storage bay". if it can be used then what will be the specification for that geomembrane?

dear collegue for your question the geosynthetic fiber with a sandwich of geomembrane and alayer of bentonite would prevent the leakage. at the sime we should use gcls and a layer of tripple liner to prevent any leakage.
